Named as one of the Top 50 Most Powerful U.S. Women in Technology by the United States National Diversity Council, Mary Kotch currently serves as the Global CIO for Aspen Insurance / Apollo Group, a leading global insurer and she is Board Member at St. Joseph University / Maguire Academy of Insurance and Risk Management.

Previously she served as the Executive Vice President, Group CIO for Validus Holdings, a global insurer/reinsurer, CTO and CIO AIG and VP IT at Metlife. Kotch has a number of years as an advisory board member for a number of companies and universities including Pillar Tech, RequirementOne, Aquiline Technology Investment Fund, Pharmaceutical IMPACC, ACORD Model Driven Framework, Behavioral Health Committee for Informatics, Penn State University, St Joseph University.
